Pros

-You get to work with some talented people - The product is great - Good benefits & Perks - Company paid travel

Cons

They sell you the dream during interview, but this place is so mismanaged. The leadership here is horrendous and the worst I've ever experienced. There is no foundation, structure, and poor communication in all departments. They have a "no jerks" policy - but all leadership are jerks and just out for themselves. The product is overpriced and won't last in this market. There is zero enablement and onboarding support. They are laying people off behind closed doors and are not being transparent on the reasons. The entire H.R team is fake and untrustworthy. Steer clear from this place, and don't give into the lies or the hype. There's also a ton of favoritism going on. Super Toxic work environment.

Pros

The people at Orum truly are great to work with. I actually started out at Orum and then came back a couple years later, which speaks loads to how they treat employees. The product is top notch. The people I work with are hard workers, have a wealth of knowledge to learn from, and drive me to better myself every day. I'm well payed and am fulfilled in my job, I have a good work life balance, I get to work from home and have my dog sit beside me while I work. Life's good working at Orum.

Cons

Not a fit for employees that can't function autonomously and aren't self starters. It's a startup. You need to be able to figure out things on your own once given direction. If you want a rubrik for everything you do, work at a Fortune 500 corp. If you aren't a hard worker, if you aren't resourceful, you won't last at Orum. This is a good thing, since you can expect that your co-workers are of the highest calibre and can be relied on.

Pros

The people are amazing. Leadership allows you to try new things and “go for it!” The product is improving significantly every quarter. We’re investing in what makes Orum special instead of venturing to far outside of our scope just to “add new products.” Every new feature makes sense.

Cons

This is not a company where you can just get by. You HAVE to come and grind. Extremely competitive industry that’s evolving every quarter. Pay can also improve
