A typical day is getting bullied by management. Orthopedic One is a toxic work environment where management has favoritism and they don't listen to your concerns. PTO and Sick days come from the same bucket. Takes awhile to build up. They only match your retirement to 4%. medical insurance options is okay, but could do better. There is a lot of inter department hospitality. The tension in departments makes it hard to trust anyone you work with. Management has an open door policy, but is unapproachable.
