Pros
Management did everything possible to maintain staff during COVID-19 lock downs. We were part of the Shared Work Ohio program to supplement income when hours were cut. My supervisors were fair and understanding. Rehab Director was respectful of staff. Pay was competitive.
Cons
Post Corona Virus productivity requirements were ramping up as I was leaving.
