      The salary is good plus benefits.

      Cons

      Lack of innovation. Poor management. All products in portfolio are only bought out from others hard work. Seems to be the culture to get ahead here. The good people do the hard work and the leadership takes credit.

      Supportive culture, great people, lovely locations, great sales teams, patient focus, and the genuine desire to be better. Your role could be great, or awful depending on the team.

      Cons

      Executives throw spaghetti at the wall while no one else is on the same page.
