Fabulous company - Project Manager Orpical Group Employee Review

We work as a team on common goals with outside the box thinking at its core. The work is interesting and the brainstorming is focused and exhilarating. All possibilities are on the table and creativity flourishes.

There weren't any for me.

Ability to work from home.

Asking questions or for clarification on assignments were considered to be bothersome. Inquiring about weeks of back pay led to an explosive, unprofessional phone call with the CEO. Speaking up for yourself is considered to be an 'outburst'. CEO was belittling. Did some research and found other women who have had similar stories here. Prospective employees should Google the CEO of a company prior to accepting a job - this goes for any company, but especially this one. It's one thing I wish I had done prior to starting here.
