We appreciate your feedback, and we are so sorry you have had this experience. It’s not representative of the employee experience we strive to have, especially as we work to continue safely serving our customers as an essential service. With most of the PPE going to first responders, it has been a challenge to access new supplies. We are working diligently to back-fill our supply chain.
