Salary on time. Always pay in full salary, no deduction or partially paid.
Cons
Small salary(Underpaid) if to compare with other company with same position and year of experience. Everyday work over office hours but no OT. No bonus even though company reaches over target for sales. No increment for most of the staff. Very small increment for certain employees.
