schedule changes are commonplace, added length to run times, extra orders added etc. Saturdays added mid week !, even occasional SUNDAYs in some departments too. HEAT !.... its hot in the bakery , it can hit 90 to 95 degrees mid summer. .COLD . -10 below working in the freezer department.........A Lot of temporary workers to deal with, train someone new every couple of days.
