      Not at the place to work. Founders simply talk about culture and all when they themselves dont follow a thing. One of the founder will be always shopping online.

      1) Management sucks, wont provide proper training 2) No office timings, will make u work 24*7 3) Very bad working Culture 4) Doesn't pay salaries on time 5) No hygiene maintained in office 6) No professionalism 7) Doesn't care of employees, all they want is work to be done by hook or crook 8) Tech systems doesn't work, work has to be done manually 9) No proper work delegations 10) Will over promise at the time of interview and under deliver once you join
