Pros
Great company vision. Ability to provide pelvic floor PT to patients who need to go through insurance. Decent pay *IF* you’re highly credentialed (this is NOT the case for new grads or standard therapists)
Cons
The productivity rates they push are causing rapid burnout and if you’re too low for more than a quarter they threaten to decrease your benefits, time working, and salary (this is in Los Angeles where people heavily rely on their salaries to afford living expenses). Direct and upper management does not hear out requests by PTs so work life balance is poor. They prioritize quantity and in-flow of patients over quality and sustainability so it’s challenging to even follow a plan of care with your patients.
