Interesting work, good work/life balance, small company with room for growth, nice colleagues, strong and fair management, opportunity to work with key players in the outdoor recreation industry, live and work in Whistler!

It's hard to come up with negatives, really. It's a small company so with the benefit of wearing many hats comes an increased workload during busy times. Work hard to play hard. Less resources than a huge ad agency, perhaps. Honestly though, if these things deter you, Origin isn't the right fit for you.

- The pay is a little lower than the industry standard - Very minimal health benefits are offered - There is limited career growth based on the fact that the company is small
