1st line IT takes the hit on failed projects, can get frustrating when end-users vent and blame you as "IT". You are worked hard, there is not much room to come up to breathe, which can be a negative.

Nice offices and parking with luas link and good parking. Unusual sector and challenges. Growth means lots of variety of work, but lots of hours too! Pension is good and people are decent.

Strategy is unclear or feels a bit ad-hoc at times and there have been a lot of exec management changes in a short space of time. Seems to be little chance of promotion. Can be a bit "clickey". No major perks other than pension .
