Pros

Don’t have to work hard if you’re one of their favourites

Cons

Business couldn’t care less about you as an individual. Staff turnover is very high and they would rather make staff pick up any slack due to weakened workforce as opposed to replace staff. They can’t get anyone new to stick around because of the ridiculous expectations put on new staff while longer serving staff get to essentially pick and choose what/ how they work. Very demoralising.

Pros

Leaving Walking out of the door Exiting Never returning Etc

Cons

The office is in a disgusting warehouse with no natural light The nature of the job is negative and phone calls are often from abusive, angry customers The management penalise everything you do. If you are writing long notes they will shout at you for being on notes for a minute too long, but if your notes are brief because they rush you, they don’t like that either. They put you in a seating plan and treat you like you are in school. You aren’t allowed to have a quick hello with colleagues when making a coffee like in most other jobs The atmosphere and morale is so low, no one talks in the staff room, the atmosphere is awful because not only are the calls hard but the management are worse The pay is shocking It’s very cliquey - the owner’s son is a manager, another relative is in charge of something and one of their girlfriends is in charge of something - convenient
