Good contractor-quick to turnaround payments

Hard to get raises after a year

I joined Ordusion as a referral from a VP known from a family friend. Good for consulting assignments.

1) Poor marketing. 2) Amount of margin they take from our pay is very high 3) I am trying to get some hr counselling for a few issues but to no avail. 4) Benefits: Poor 5) Pay Hikes: None 6) Too much pompous talks from the executives in scaring the employees.
