Company pays THANK YOU on the overtime work hours, the base salaries are generally below industry standards, often resulting in lower overall compensation. New employees and interns tend to be overworked, with significant workloads that may not align with their experience levels. This can lead to high levels of stress and burnout, especially for those just starting their careers.

Very flexible, but most of the time, it'll be an OT rather than free with tasks.
