Pros
It was really fun at times and the management were helpful with personal needs. Got to go to conferences and learn the latest technologies. Lots of great people to work with.
Cons
Personal progression was slow. The training budget was bad. Limited to initial salary, so if you started on a low wage there was no way to get up to your colleagues pay scale.
