Cons

Hitting targets was hard and the worry about losing your job if you don't hit them was stressful and very upsetting I ended up in tears more times than I care to mention after being reminded I needed to hit targets to keep my job, especially as I'd worked there for 10 years . It's more business orientated than customer focussed
