Not what you think - Field Service Technician Oracle Elevator Employee Review

Thank you for your review. My name is Jeremy Metzger and I am the COO for Oracle Elevator. I'm sorry to hear that you had difficulty with your employment with Oracle. We have made significant changes to our management staff in the Dallas area since you left. While I would agree that there are many other companies to work for in the Dallas area, I do feel that the infrastructure that Oracle has provided in Dallas and all of TX is second to none. Oracle was one of the last elevator companies to add GPS to our vehicles and is primarily used for safety concerns and efficiency of dispatching, which most of our employees and customers appreciate. I wish you the best of luck with your new assignment and hope that you will give Oracle consideration if you are looking for a new position in the future as we have had many employees leave in the past and decide to come back.
