Pros

You get to work from home, and coworkers are supportive.

Cons

Our productivity is micromanaged. Every second of our time on and off the clock is measured. The pay is decent to start, but there is no significant growth. We are dealing with a very high call volume. It increased recently due to continual layoffs and downsizing of teams.
