Give a Christmas party with $100 cash

Have everyone doing different jobs because of poor management of time and orders. Would make up reports and change the dates to make it look like test are getting done. Lot of cover up and very poor leadership. I felt a shamed the way some employees got treated. The end of the year review and raises was a joke.
