The company ia extremely unstable. Is just funny to see the high management comments here to increase the company score. But mostly is not really true. In the time In was there I saw two big lay-offs, each time around 20 people leaving the company due bad financial perspectives. Tje management had unrealistic goals, they contracted a lot of people which had to leave the company after few months. The salary is low, out of the market standards. HR was if some activities to have a better place to work, like events and stuff like that, but I never see they trying to solve root issues, as stability and salary. Basically, if you have better opportunities, go for it, this company is just good as a first opportunity in Switzerland, but no longer than 1 year to stay.
