Optoro is a great place to work with a strong mission and a team full of smart, competent, and genuinely good people. One of the standout qualities of the company is its inclusive culture and the respect people have for each other, regardless of role or background. They clearly make an effort to hire diverse and talented individuals, which shows in the collaborative and forward-thinking environment. That said, while progress has been made, there's still room for improvement in terms of broader representation at all levels—especially in leadership. It's encouraging to see diversity being prioritized in conversations, but consistent action will make the biggest difference moving forward. Overall, Optoro is a solid company that values people and purpose, and I’m optimistic about where it’s headed
