Pros

- Free relaxed environment, no micro management - Good pay - Good entry level and great way to learn and get into IT

Cons

- No career advancement. Dead end job. - They always advertise opportunity to learn, but what they really mean is that the only opportunity to learn is through their in house system which has been dummy down so you can't really learn new things. - if they do give opportunities to learn its always for the UK staff. rarely anything useful for US Staff. a lot of "how to 101 meetings" and that repeats continuously and recycled over and over again. - Opportunity to travel within the states; California, Florida, Chicago, Puerto Rico etc. - Head of engineer never wanted you to learn and would always say to create your own home labs for learning. this kind of message is the true representation of what the learning can be here. - They give you 30 days of vacation but they don't recognize American federal holidays so if you want it off you need to use one of your vacation day. - after your first 6 months to one year at this company, the learning stops.

Pros

Good stepping stone for entry-level new graduates to gain valuable work experience. Great travel experience.

Cons

Leadership tends to be lacking. Poor direction on what the company’s actual goals are. No outlined structure on how to adequately move-up in the company. Bonuses and promotions tend to be given out based on ethnic backgrounds rather than actual production.
