Pros

Technology available is very up to date. You'll drown in kudos for bearing with us. After 10 years of service you will get a $250 bonus.

Cons

100% NOT a sales position. No residuals, no credit for repeat patients, only certain therapies count, starts covering other territories don't count, etc... Almost always short staffed in all departments due to oppressive turnover, if anybody calls out sick or if anyone is on PTO. The unstated expectation is that you will be "aware" of your phone and your accounts and other CTS's accounts if need be 7 days a week. You will be thinking about your job 24/7 while the goals are comical. Virtually zero chance of career advancement because they have thinned out management and greatly expanded their territories and work load as well. Case Managers openly will tell you other infusion companies are easier to work with so they will tend to use OCH for the nightmare garbage insurance plans that nobody else will take.

Pros

The team of people I worked with.

Cons

Everything. This company is so toxic. I have PTSD from working there. We were worked to the bone. Upper management doesn't care about problems that are brought forth. When people quit, we are told to absorb their territories. When new ppl are hired, we are tasked with training them and onboarding them. They used to have a nice training program but got rid of it and the training team doesn't do anything but off load their work onto others. We were asked to wear way too many hats. I was working 12 hrs a day and on the weekends but nothing was ever good enough. Constant pressure to work in the field even when it didn't make sense. If there were no pts to see we were told to work from the lobby which was a HIPAA violation as everyone around me could see my patient list on my computer and hear me taking on the phone. There is too much pressure on numbers and zero support or help. No one held accountable for service failures either. Please seriously consider being a CTS. You will lose yourself and your life to the job.
