Incredible earning potential but requires self-motivation - Vice President Optimus Capital Employee Review

I've worked for Optimus Capital for over 3 years now and cannot see myself working anywhere else. I love the job and truly care about what I do here, The teamwork and positive uplifting environment is unmatched to anywhere else I've ever worked. I've grown so much in my time here and see much more room for growth in my future with this companyl. This team is highly focused and the level of service we provide to our clients is unsurpassed. OC is a reliable and trustworthy employer that is led by a management team that truly cares about not only their clients but their employees success. I am grateful for the time I have had here so far and excitingly look forward to many more years being apart of this amazing company and team.

Likely the highest pay in the industry, work from home, easily make 6 figures your first year, back office staff is phenomenal, excellent training, relationship driven company, no licensing requirements, access to the lowest price of capital in the industry, and the owner of the company is just an all around awesome human being. Excellent room for promotion and growth, the company reinvests in its growth and the sale team is an awesome group of people with great company culture. This is also the ultimate repeat business job. If you do business with a client one time, because of the culture at Optimus it is highly likely you have earned that client for life. Also, this job really helps people elevate their lives through providing access to capital for real estate investors.

No base salary, you kill what you eat so you need savings to start. You have to be self motivated and self driven, management is not going to baby you into doing your job. If you aren't someone capable of working for yourself day in and day out while showing up everyday and grinding, this job is not for you.
