Its a significantly small company, keeps you challenged. 1 or 2 ppl exist who can actually guide you professionally. Gives free snacks twice a week Negotiable notice period
Cons
Company has dreams but no strategy. Employees are treated as students with 0% flexibility 1 or 2 middle managers, 3-4 senior managers of which overall only 1 or 2 can give you guidance. Others have literally very less knowledge. Has no concept of casual leaves. Gives only 12 leaves in a year. Employees do not seem to stay more than a year here nor is the management interested in retaining good employees High partiality in employee recognition
