Pros
From the very first day of employment, I felt supported. Where I came from, it really felt like we were having meetings just to have meetings. So much time taken from "golden hours" of selling. Most of those meetings were scheduled with an East Coast priority. Not here at OptimumHR. One meeting every week and it is short, sweet and to the point. Clear expectations and goals. If you sell at OptimumHR, you know what needs to be done. Just get it done.
Client Retention, Client Willingness to "promote" the OptimumHR Experience to other businesses and Rapid Response to client needs are of utmost importance. That is very important to me.
Cons
We are slowly but surely expanding into different states. We cover a few currently but it will be nice to offer services in a multitude of states. That time will come.
