If you are good at sales, the sky is the limit! Great incentives, bonuses,etc
Cons
They have no "customer service" which really upset the customers to hear that even though each dept was supposed to responsible for customer service. Since I was in billing, I was not comfortable at all with trying to get customers to upgrade once they say they are paying too much
