Pros
Great atmosphere and great place to plant your career flag. This is even with the changes that have worried so many. Suddenlink (soon to be AlticeUSA) wants to improve the future and has an aggressive goal to be number one. I enjoy the fast paced work!
Cons
Sometimes the work life balance is hard for me but outside of that the only con is the red tape you can encounter from time to time. Red tape being process that are extend for no functional reason.
