      It looks exciting from the outside with some great acquisitions. Benefits are average and work life balance is decent.

      Cons

      *Managers do not know people management. *No long term vision of the company. living quarter to quarter. *Everything is about sales and everyone else is a footnote. *Disorganised leadership without any processes in place. *No personal or professional growth opportunities. The budget was probably allocated to sales kickoff
