I don’t know where I should start! First things first do not believe the high ratings here. They are mainly from employees whose managers ask them to leave 5-star reviews on Glassdoor to increase the average score. If you don’t believe me go check the reviews for McGrath’s Beer House on Google Maps where many of the reviews are from employees (the beer house is owned by the Optimize CEO). Also the CEO needs therapy he yells at everyone. On top of that every month they fire and hire new people. It’s kind of out of nowhere and without any clear reason.
