      None now since March 2024 New vp at manufacturing which has no clue about fasteners or managing the plant

      Cons

      New vp never see him. Not interested in any ones ideas . Company seems ro be failing since March

      building out your own pathway

      Cons

      there is no HR for HR. if you go to someone about your superior you are told to figure it out on your own. there have been over 10 different people that came and went in my time there which is very concerning for a company
