Pros
Let's cut the crap, shall we? I've been here nearly 11 years. I have empathy for the folks who wrote the negative reviews (most of whom I know personally) and understand our tendency as humans to lash out as a defense mechanism. I'm also not really down with people creating false narratives around an organization and a group of people who are genuinely good. Not perfect, but at the core *good.* A few notes if I may: - Yes, operations were inefficient which impacted energy in and results out. - Yes, there was a change in operational leadership (see above). - No, corporate culture is not dependent on one singular individual. - Accountability and micromanagement are not the same thing. I feel fortunate to be here. I've learned and grown and failed and argued and laughed and felt safe--as a young female--to do all of that freely. If you came across us in your search for a new career, talk to us and draw your own conclusions. We're nerds and don't have the skillset to put on an act for you. Oh, also, *lot* of cat people here. Take that as you will.
Cons
IT services is a high-stakes, high-stress industry. There are ways to mitigate this, but that fact remains.
