Pros
lads on the floor were great
Cons
- 3 mass layoffs within 18 months - management never takes responsibility for any actions. the layoffs were a direct result of poor management decisions, yet ordinary workers were forced to re-loan their houses - each layoff poorly handled. it was absolutely humiliating for staff to walk down the corridor with their box of items and everyone watching them. - work environment was very negative - poor teamwork between global sites. They are four smaller factories rather than one large organization with one goal. - dishonest human resources area. They will say anything to hire you then you will get your bonus cut and your pay 'rise' will be 0% or 1% so you actually get poorer working there - not a place to make a career. no room for professional growth. If you get a promotion it will be a fancy new title and more work only. There will be no financial reward to go with it. So you do more work with more pressure for the same pay - very little incentive to stay, a lot of your staff will get taken by other companies because of better salaries - vp changing every few months.
