-Management will threaten to fire you or reduce the number of shifts if you don’t get enough sign ups. -Management doesn’t seem to know how things actually are on the ground and give “feedbacks” without asking for explanation. -Management only cares about the number of sign ups you get. If you’re not getting enough sign ups, they will reduce the number of shifts you can pick. -Arrogant management team. -Codes for each pack of flyer often get mixed up or wasn’t assigned to you. Making you have to wait at the area for 10-20 minutes before you can start your shift. -You won’t get paid to travel to collect flyers. This isn’t great as we should be compensated to travel to the national storage to pick up distribution materials.
