Pros

Personal development is something they value more than almost anything else. The environment is fun but very dedicated environment; the management team doesn't support slackers but they know how to be supportive and have a fun while making everyone feel apart of the team right away.

Cons

Some miscommunication sometimes but that happens everywhere. It’s not your typical 9-5 job, you work until the job is done!

Pros

This opportunity has been a life changing one for me. The Oppero family has provided a real opportunity for me to grow within the company, at my own pace, rewarded me for my efforts and really focus on the person I want to be. Everything is earned, nothing is given, which means I'm rewarded based on my performance which is great for someone who thrives on competition. I love it. Their CEO has an open door policy that provides more 1 on 1 coaching and really shows he really cares about the people he works with and wants them to succeed. I've had the privilege of travelling all across the continent for workshops, work trips and recreation trips. I can say that my goals are clear and my confidence to accomplish anything I want has been heavily influenced by Oppero.

Cons

There is a ton of opportunity to grow, however, you need to remember that it's all up to you. The coaching is available but no is giving handouts. If you want to improve or get ahead you must be proactive about your own growth and development.

Pros

Amazing environment! I was sceptical before i had started, as it was a new role and a new industry for me (formerly a chef), but they brought me in at the entry level and showed me the ropes. There is a very "open-door" policy with everyone, so finding the coaching you're looking for is literally just an ask away. The team atmosphere, high levels of support, and strong competitive nature make it an amazing place to learn and grow yourself, and others around you.

Cons

Only a con if you aren't prepared for it, but this isn't a micro-managed job. Push and Pull have to work in unison, its not a place to "go through the motions" but rather a place to grow yourself. Also longer hours than a typical 9-5.
