Pros

* Most staff are very friendly and easy to get on with. * Flexible working and supportive pay. * Nice offices and annual conferences. * Easy work with seasonal peaks. * Lots of potential to grow the business. * Great idea/product. * Good benefits and holiday. * Monthly or bi monthly team socials.

Cons

* High levels of work place bullying across multiple departments. * Very little structure of processes across multiple departments. * Lots of talk of improvement but not much action. * Egos often get in the way of good ideas. * Nowhere to progress except for team leader style positions in certain departments. * Lots of staff barely doing their job with no repercussions. * Toxic culture with longer term employees noting how much it has changed. * No real goals except make more revenue. No plan or strategy on how to achieve this which makes departments very disconnected from each other.

Pros

Excellent work/life balance and autonomy. Felt very empowered and respected and was able to make an impact.

Cons

Remote working sometimes made it tough to connect with our teams in other regions.

Pros

Reputable company and brand. Best in class interview and onboarding experience. Amazing HR, leadership, employee and sales resources, training, continued training, digital platforms... They truly respect work life boundaries, even with all the global time zones. I am truly excited to work at Opia and have an awesome team!

Cons

We have a global team that do their jobs well, only con is we do not get to be together in person as much as we would like! Other than that, no Cons.
