Pros

None. This company will lie to you that they are able to find job opportunities. All they do is find jobs already in the pool and they WILL NOT NEGOTIATE despite lying that they do.

Cons

DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY FIND YOU A JOB. All they do is find you work that is ALREADY available for you to apply for. They make profits off of your hiring and in no shape or form negotiate on your behalf despite lying to you that they do. Do yourself a favor, if they find you a position somewhere, go apply for it yourself and tell them you no longer need them. Then NEGOTIATE on your own terms. Companies like these do not care about you and just want to make money off your expertise. Don't fall for it.

Pros

They can offer contract projects and salaries based on jobs they have secured with city/county agencies. The interview process is somewhat short and typically happens via Teams or Google Meet.

Cons

The onboarding once you report to your work project site is incredibly disjointed and in no way streamlined. The internal HR personnel don't even communicate on what has been completed and the process to establish system access credentials is non existent. Project managers leading multi-million dollar county government projects can't even use email or basic word processing platforms, yet they expect you to instantly produce Standard Operating Procedures while refusing to approve any specified software despite having multiple contractors hired to do so in different states. They hire with vague titles and job descriptions that have nothing to do with the actual work they say they want you to produce. They provide nothing but barriers to meeting contractual deliverables, then lie and tell you they don't know how to get a project on track when they release you after you have done the work on your own time and helped them.
