Every day is busy, wear many hats, doing lots of everything

Inside Sales Manager is the best manager Ive ever worked for. Inside sales team is great and super helpful

Upper Management is clueless and will throw anyone under the bus to cover themselves. Outside reps think very highly of themselves and push work onto the inside team that hey should handling. IT plays favorites and wont help someone if they dont like them or dont feel like helping. Overall a large sense of entitlement and everyone pushes their work onto someone else.
