Pros
- One of the highest performing teams ever worked in - Clear company vision and love the mission - Solving real world complex problems and adding value to people's lives as opposed to designing pretty interfaces - Everyone's really smart and hard working - Growing at a slower pace than before but we're hiring in a much more thoughtful way - Can't imagine myself working anywhere else

Had some growing pains earlier this year when we grew really fast but things have settled down.
