Before joining I had a doubt if am joining a right company, but later in just few months, OpenSCG became my favorite place to work. The employees are technically very strong. A lot of scope for learning new skills, technologies. Lot of exposure to work hands-on Friendly environment and there's no policing at all. Flexible timings, work from home options and you'll have great work life balance. Knowledge sharing, regular meet-ups, Conferences, Technical sessions and so many things to learn. Excellent pay compared to industry. Fun place to work with lot celebrations happening regularly.

A bit of branding can be done about the company as I feel not many people know about OpenSCG. And those who know, love to work here!
