Honestly, there is nothing to appreciate. My experience at OpenArc was overwhelmingly negative.

Working at OpenArc was a deeply frustrating experience. Salaries are far below the industry standard, and there's no real investment in employee growth or satisfaction. The technology is outdated, and many of the tools used are cracked or unlicensed, which not only feels unethical but also creates constant issues. The management shows little to no regard for labor laws — overtime often goes unpaid, leave policies are unclear or ignored, and there's a general lack of respect for basic employee rights. The work culture is demoralizing, with no support or appreciation for the hard work people put in. Overall, the environment felt toxic and disorganized, and it's clear that employee well-being is not a priority.

Its one of the best places to work. Awesome Team and really friendly staff. Highly recommended
