The best way to describe this company is cheap and greedy. - You will have to deal with many completely unqualified coworkers, the company hires them to save money. - You will never get promoted as they would rather hire unqualified people from outside. - If you get a raise, it will be very small. They always pay under the market average. - The amount of work constantly increases, and when somebody leaves they don't replace their position to save money. - The CEO / HR make empty promises to keep people from leaving, and never follow through.
