I worked for Grady for 3 month before I had no choice but resign, She is the most inconsiderate and rudest person I have ever came across. I originally got in interview for a front receptionist but was then offered to be her dental assistant without having no dental experience prior, later on I understood why. She had a complain about EVERYTHING and EVERYONE , She would catch an attitude if I ever had a question or just didn't know how to do certain things, I was doing basically 3 jobs front desk, dealing with Insurance plus being her dental assistant that felt more like her personal assistant that she would treat like a test dummy. She don't care about her patients but just the money the comes from it despite working with KIDS , She also underpays her workers. It took her 1 WHOLE MONTH to finally give me my first payroll check and was later very inconsistent with my checks.
