VERY unprofessional! Higher Ups don't really care about the patients and their mental health needs. Lack of African American Therapist. Lack of Women therapist is certain states. Higher up retaliate towards staff when the staff tries to stand up for the patients. Understaffed and will have one person do a job of three employees. Lack of care from therapist. Multiple racial remarks and sexist remarks as well. Staff are told to make appointments without the patients knowledge.

No shows are paid & referrals are steady.

Not many cons other than normal 'group practice' complaints.
