      Pay is pretty good There are some good apples on the engineering team You could coast here forever with minimal effort

      Cons

      Typical male driven engineering culture, toxic at times Automation team has no idea what they're doing and does not follow best practices There are entire maintenance sprints for the automation suite đźš© QA team is more worried about documentation than actual testing Engineering is extremely resistant to change

      Flexibility. Some interesting projects. There's certainly work to do

      Cons

      Rolling layoffs recently. Pay cuts. RSVU completely cut. Medical cuts. Morale is low. More work for people not laid off. People not laid off lost benefits.
