      Great parking, Nice rural setting. Varied job duties. Free/reduced price products.

      Cons

      Unwelcoming within team meetings, micromanage workers, unwilling to investigate identified areas of improvement, create a culture of stress and distrust.

      Small company some employees are nice

      Cons

      Very poor communication between facilities. Management is almost nonexistent. Supervisors are not held accountable to health and food safety standards. New project implementation is always way behind schedule. Training on new equipment is almost nonexistent until issues arise. They do not set you up for success
