Firstly, we acknowledge the positive aspects you highlighted, such as the unique mission, passionate staff, and the organisation's good and interesting work. We are glad to hear that you found the office environment pleasant and enjoyed the annual external events. These are all aspects we strive to maintain and enhance.
Regarding your concerns about leadership, we understand that changes in leadership can have an impact on the overall dynamics of an organisation. We value transparency and fairness in our recruitment processes, and we are committed to ensuring that leaders are selected based on their qualifications and suitability for their roles.
We take your comments about resource allocation and decision-making seriously. It is essential for us to have well-thought-out plans and accountable leaders who take responsibility for their decisions.
