Money issues. Work can have very tight deadlines.

The best reason to work with the company is the opportunity to play a positive role in someone life. The technology is amazing and people come out of the clinic so happy. It's nice to be a part of that. The structure feels flat. You can talk to the founders daily and the company does a lot to get as many patients as possible funded. In and out it's a place where good people work to do good.

It's a startup so processes don't exist until they do which can be difficult.
