The OpStart team is made up of some of the best people I've worked with. Despite being a fully remote environment, everyone is very collaborative and willing to jump into anything to help each other out.

OpStart is a very small, fast growing company. That being said, sometimes there isn't enough manpower to keep up with demand. Due to management's workloads, processes are still being put in place.

OpStart is an early stage company that has a flexible and exciting work environment. The managers at OpStart have instilled a fantastic culture that promotes success within the firm and for its employees.

Since OpStart is such an early stage company, the management is still implementing formal processes to better assist their clients. Due to the flexible and sometimes chaotic nature of a startup business, this type of culture could not be suitable for some employees.
